I’m walking into 2024 with a clear heart and mind. This year I won’t get obsessed to “be fit” (some stuff that I was doing wasn’t sustainable)… trying to accomplish something unrealistic (I tried to read more… it didn’t happen as I planned)… “trying to fit myself” with groups and prioritizing people before my own self ( I always try to please people… and end up caring less about myself)…

2023 Reaffirmed:

1. DO THE THINGS YOU LOVE MORE OFTEN. Tomorrow is not promised 🥺. Do not take anything and anyone for granted.

2. LET GO OF PEOPLE OR SITUATIONS THAT DRAIN YOU. Family & friends that want everything from you, but they are not willing to do the same. Keep your circle small ⭕️.
Once again learned that people will be next to you at their convenience… When is good everyone is around… when it gets tough no one likes the mess…

3. SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO GET
UNCOMFORTABLE, TO GET COMFORTABLE. You are getting used to being in situations that are not outside of your comfort zone, take the chance✨🙏🏻

4. WHEREVER YOUR ATTENTION GOES YOUR ENERGY FLOWS. We give life and power to whatever we focus on💓… I am concentrating in what matters and gives me joy.

5. And last but not least IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MINDSET YOU WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE (trust me I am still working on this… It is hard, but it is working)… I am worthy of love, and all the good things🙏🏻💓💫
