Prayer for Controlling our Tongue

Lord,

Thank You for the power of communication. We pray the way we communicate with each other honors You and each other. We pray we would have full control of our tongues. We pray for those moments of hardship and challenge that come our way. Please help us to have control over the words we choose to say in those moments. We pray our speech is pure and uplifting. We pray our words build one another up. In every circumstance we encounter we pray we exercise self-control over our tongues. We pray we speak what is true and right and holy in Jesus’ name AMEN!

Time for a CHALLENGE!!!

For the month of June (my birthday month) my husband and I (heyyyy boo) will challenge ourselves to do a hundred pushups and a hundred squats throughout each day of June to see what it does to our body. I wanna know who has the courage to join us. For those who aren’t scared of a little challenge let me know and then take a before picture so you compare it to your end results….. find your inner beast and let’s get it!!!
