A shorter scar isn’t always a better tummy tuck. If the loose skin and fullness extend around your sides, the incision may need to extend too. Otherwise, you can end up with a flat front but boxy (SpongeBob) shape.

You goal shouldn’t just be the shortest scar. It should also be the best contour!
