Crockpot Ranch Roast Beef & Egg Noodles
Ingredients
2-3 lbs beef chuck roast
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
1 cup beef broth
4 tbsp butter
10-12 oz egg noodles
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Garnish: parsley cut in small pieces, optional.
Instructions
Put your roast in your crock pot.
The sprinkle ranch seasoning and au jus is sprinkled on top.
Add butter and add beef stock.
Cover and cook: Low: 8 hours or High: 4-5 hours
After tenderization, slice the beef with forks.
Prepare egg noodles on a case-by-case basis.
Combine noodles with beef and juices that have been chopped.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Serving Tip
Eat with potatoes that have been mashed or steamed vegetable foods as a complete meal.

I made Pasta Pie..
1 box of Rigatoni Noodles
2lbs of ground beef
4 cans of Tomato sauce
2 cans of Tomato paste
Fresh Mozzarella cheese
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven 400F
I browned my meat, drained the fat, added my sauce and paste, seasoned it with Tony's, Red pepper, crushed red pepper, some sugar, Oregano, black pepper, garlic, Chili powder, and onion.
Boiled my Rotini, placed them in my cheesecake pan after I sprayed it down, wholes upwards, stuff with sliced up Mozz, pour meat sauce over it, and shredded mozz on top, bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

BBQ BACON POTATO BITES! CHEESY, CRISPY & PARTY-READY FOR MEMORIAL DAY! 🇺🇸🥔🥓✨
Baby potatoes
Bacon slices
Cheddar cheese
BBQ sauce
Melted butter
Black pepper
Parsley
Boil the baby potatoes until they are tender, then let them cool enough to handle. Cut them in half and place a small piece of cheddar cheese in the center, then press the potato halves back together.
Wrap each potato bite with bacon and place them on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with black pepper, and bake at 400°F until the bacon starts getting crispy.
Brush BBQ sauce over the bites during the last few minutes so they turn sticky, glossy, and full of flavor. Finish with a little parsley before serving.
These are smoky, cheesy, buttery, and perfect for a Memorial Day appetizer tray, BBQ table, cookout snack, or easy party bite everyone will reach for first.

No-Bake Little Debbie Swiss Roll Cake
Ingredients:
2 boxes Little Debbie Swiss Rolls (12 twin-wrapped rolls total)
1 (3.4oz) box Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding mix
1 ½ cups cold milk
1 (8oz) tub Cool Whip (thawed)
1 (16oz) tub Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Instructions:
1. Unwrap all the Swiss Rolls and cut them in half crosswise into thick coins.
2. Line the bottom of an 8x8 inch glass baking dish with a tight layer of the Swiss Roll slices.
3. In a large bowl, whisk the instant chocolate pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Let thicken for 5 minutes.
4. Fold the thawed Cool Whip into the chocolate pudding.
5. Spread the creamy pudding mixture evenly over the layer of Swiss Rolls.
6. Microwave the chocolate frosting tub (foil removed) for 15 seconds to soften. Pour and spread evenly over the top. Chill for 4 hours.

Loaded Shepherd's Pie Bowl
A loaded bowl with creamy mashed potatoes, seasoned ground beef in dark brown gravy, sweet corn, and melted cheddar cheese. A satisfying meal in one bowl!
Ingredients:
_ 1 package raw ground beef (80% lean)
_ 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese (orange and yellow)
_ 1 box McCormick Brown Gravy mix
_ 1 can Del Monte Sweet Corn
_ Potatoes, butter, milk, salt, pepper
Instructions:
1_ Peel and boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk until creamy and fluffy.
2_ In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and crumbly. Drain excess grease.
3_ Prepare the brown gravy according to package directions. Add to the beef and simmer until thick, dark brown, and glistening.
4_ Drain the sweet corn and heat until bright yellow and steaming.
5_ Place a thick mound of mashed potatoes in a white ceramic bowl.
6_ Add a ring of sweet corn around the top edge of the potatoes.
7_ Spoon the gravy-coated ground beef generously over the corn and potatoes.
8_ Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. The heat will melt the cheese into a gooey layer.
9_ Serve immediately. The gravy will pool slightly at the base of the potatoes.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes
Notes: The cheese should be melted, gooey, and draped over the meat.

Red White & Blue Cool Whip Icebox Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 box Honey Maid Graham Crackers
1 blue tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 carton Driscoll’s Strawberries, finely chopped
1 carton Driscoll’s Blueberries, chopped
1 bag Nestlé Toll House Premier White Morsels
1 bottle Betty Crocker Red White & Blue Sprinkles
1 roll Reynolds Kitchens Parchment Paper
Instructions:
1. Fold chopped strawberries and blueberries into Cool Whip.
2. Spoon berry Cool Whip between Honey Maid graham cracker squares.
3. Freeze sandwiches on parchment paper until firm.
4. Dip one edge in melted white morsels.

Fried Taco Roll Ups
Golden-brown fried tortilla rolls stuffed with seasoned ground beef and a gooey four-cheese blend. A perfect party snack or game day appetizer!
Ingredients:
_ 1 lb raw ground beef (bright red)
_ 8 oz Sargento 4 Cheese Mexican shredded
_ 1 packet Old El Paso Original taco seasoning
_ Vegetable oil (pale yellow)
_ 10 Mission Street Tacos flour tortillas
Instructions:
1_ Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
2_ Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.
3_ Place a line of beef and cheese on each tortilla. Roll tightly.
4_ Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F.
5_ Fry the rolls until deep golden-brown on all sides.
6_ Drain on paper towels.
7_ Serve warm. Slice two rolls in half diagonally to show the filling.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Notes: The cheese should be stringy and glistening when pulled apart.
