Does anyone know of, or have, a space available to sublease or rent for a wellness and aesthetic practice in the Temple or Belton area?

I’m looking for a clean, professional environment where I can provide services such as wellness treatments, aesthetic injectables, microneedling, scar therapies, and other medical wellness services. Ideally, I’d love to share space with another healthcare or wellness professional, but I’m open to other possibilities as well.

🚨 BIG NEWS FOR REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

Today, an FDA advisory committee voted 8–6 to recommend adding BPC-157 to the FDA’s 503A Bulks List.

Why is everyone talking about BPC-157?

BPC-157 is a peptide that has generated significant interest in regenerative medicine because many providers and researchers are exploring its potential role in supporting the body’s natural healing processes. It has been studied for applications related to musculoskeletal injuries, tendon and ligament recovery, gut health, and inflammation but it is not FDA approved, and research is still ongoing.

What does today’s vote mean?

If the FDA adopts this recommendation, licensed 503A compounding pharmacies may be be able to compound BPC-157 under the applicable FDA compounding framework.

A few important clarifications:
• This is an advisory committee recommendation, not the FDA’s final decision.
• This does not mean BPC-157 is FDA approved.
• The FDA will now review the committee’s recommendation before making a final determination.

This is a significant milestone for clinicians and patients following the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding peptides. We’ll continue to share updates as they become available.

Could BPC-157 become a bigger part of regenerative medicine? Time will tell but today’s vote is certainly one worth watching!

Yesterday I got to attend the cadaver course through (AIA) Academy for Injection Anatomy presented by AmSpa (American Med Spa Association). I was able to dissect and see first hand every layer of the face and its vasculature. It was eye opening and an amazing experience.
