Brodie’s Mind & Body Works

Full transparency:
Eczema is a beast to deal with. Where I thought the spot on my finger was healing, a new spot was forming. Interesting enough the magnesium butter does help with itching and burning. I do plan on making my butter with teatree oil and other ingredients that help with eczema but for right now this is soothing the problem.

Have insomnia? Magnesium oil can help you sleep better at night.
