I get random acne that used to take days to go away, with the smooth wand, I rub it on the acne and less than 12 hours later, it's already going away. My girlfriend uses it on her ingrown hairs, nicks and cuts. It kills all the germs because the skin heals so much faster with it. I attached a photo of a zit I had behind my ear and what it looks like 12 hours later.
