Honestly, even if I had the money I can not imagine spending 150-300k on a facelift. The outcome, look horrible or look like everyone else. What are your thoughts?

No, this is not a new massage device. It’s a hair dryer! Lightweight, three wind speed. 3 heat temps and you can set the heat to cycle through all 3 temperatures. Pretty cool. I used the cool setting and it took about 10 minutes to dry my hair. But on the warmer settings you can get it done in 5 minutes! If you need a new dryer check it out. It’s lightweight so good for travel.

Scrolling through some images from a pre pandemic shoot at the Adolphus Hotel downtown Dallas. This was for some print pieces they were creating . Fun shoot and great talent in a historic hotel.

I took the Christmas Markets on the Danube cruise with Viking Cruises. Some people like to dress up for dinner but this group seemed pretty casual.

I put on a full makeup (for me) exactly once the entire week. I had a meeting with someone I was interviewing for an article.

Cold weather is not my best look! My eyes and nose get red. My skin gets dry and flaky. My hair was fuzzy from the damp fog and drizzle in a couple of places. I gave up! Hats were my best friend. No more hair stress. And sunglasses can hide red eyes.

I was thinking about how I used to do a full makeup before a long haul flight to Rome. I’d have my makeup kit in my Adventures of a Carry-On so that I could touch up before I walked out of the airport.

That was the , 14 years ago. Now, well now I can’t be bothered and it would look horrible when I arrived. A touch up would not be enough!
