What’s up CG!!!
Born and Raised in Atlanta, I’m no stranger to down home southern “cookin”, family, and having a few pets running around! I’m my mothers only child and grew up with animals all my life.
I became passionate about health wellness and fitness after my mom faced, fought, and won her fight with breast cancer!!! Running and lifting weights are my life’s necessities!!! They both bring me joy and make me feel amazing!!
My dog Isys is my best friend and ♥️. I’ve been vegan for 3 years and love to cook! Writing and journaling are my therapy and I enjoy composing poetry and performing it!!
I never meet a stranger and am always up for a new adventure!!! Being able to share my passion for health, wellness and fitness with CG everyday is an absolute dream come true!!! Hope we get to meet soon!!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Here’s a BIG Motivation Monday from one of BMWs very own gladiators absolutely CRUSHING it 🙌🏼
Now truthfully, she is tracking her intake but along with strength training she has changed her physique and is feeling stronger and healthier!
“I would say that as a soccer player growing up, everything I did was always about cardio, so I always focused on running farther, faster as the measure of athletic success. But now that I’ve done CG I can see progress in the weights I can lift, or how many reps I can do. And in the weight loss app I like seeing that as my weight goes down, the % of my weight that is muscle is going up.
Goal is not to look “thin” goal is to feel fit”
Super proud of this gladiator and for all the hard work and dedication to herself.
It won’t be easy but it will be worth it 💪🏼🥰
