Bringing balance to my life has been a series of small steps. I started off with drinking more water and staying hydrated through the day. And now these habits that have built routines. And the routines are now automatic.

Of course I really enjoy the balance these bring to my day when all is well. But when things are hard that’s when the really pay off.

After a fun girl’s trip and playing hard when I came home my body needed rest and healing. And while I was not 100% I still started my mornings with light stretching and movement, prayer and journaling are non-negotiables to my mornings.

Integrating physical, mental, and emotional health into my daily routine has been a game-changer and has helped nurse me to stronger health. 💪💖

At 49, I have learned to find joy in every curve, wrinkle, and gray hair. Embracing the woman I am still becoming. As long as we're alive growth continues.
