I remember when I first started doing headstands. I found my teacherโs encouragement a bit annoying. Because I didnโt believe in myself. I found the wall to be my friend. And soon I was doing headstands on rocks, waterfalls, railway lines etc. Confidence, with a good motive can do wonders. Over confidence, fueled by ego is called pride. How you choose to use your confidence is up to you. But please use it, you will grow in your practice ๐๐ฝ๐
