First of all, thank you so much for your support for Blissful Smile, it means a lot to me. So, you might be wondering what exactly Shanti is. Shanti is a Sanskrit word that means peace. It is exactly what we need the most during this crucial time, peace around us and from within. Shanti also relaxes, uplifts, and promotes a sound sleep. Finding out the different ways it has helped friends and family has been a learning experience to me, and I still wonder how many more benefits we can discover.

Shanti is a blend of grapeseed oil and other beneficial, therapeutic grade essential oils, such as rosemary, peppermint, lavender, cardamom, etc.

Grapeseed oil is considered a non-comedogenic oil, that means it can get absorbed into the skin very easily. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, antioxidant, and rich in vitamin E.

Rosemary is one of my favorite oils. Research has shown that rosemary has been used since ancient times to relieve muscle pain, ease stress as well as improve memory and circulation.

Peppermint has a cooling sensation and is rich in menthol. It is widely used for digestive aid, muscle pain, colds and headaches.

Lavender, other then its rich purple hue, is one of the most popular oils used in aromatherapy and can be found in every household. Research says that this oil is considered antiseptic, promotes relaxation and ease allergies.

Cardamom is the key ingredient in almost all the desserts made in India and the Middle East. It has cooling properties and thus boosts digestion. It has a soothing aroma that also helps relax the mind and promote an enhanced sleep.

Hello, my name is Nalini Patel and I’m proud to finally be able to announce the launch of Blissful Smile Skincare. It took a while, went through so many ups and downs, and I did give up for a little while. In those times I had to take a step back and breathe, “Om Shanti.” This is when the inspiration for my debut product struck. I want to introduce you all to Shanti, the blend that helped me clear my mind. Shanti is a multi-beneficial essential oil blend, one tried and truly loved by many. I hope you enjoy it too!
