Join Jan and Melissa for a Sounbath journey with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and more. The second Fullmoon in May, Blue Moon.
Bring a yoga or padded mat (preferably) or zero gravity chair/chair, pillow, blanket and eye cover. (Anything you need to be completely comfortable). Plenty of space in this place.
Arrive 2:45 to settle in and be prepared for a 3:00pm start time. The door will be locked at 3!

Meditation is the heart of yoga. In fact, you can’t practice yoga without the mindfulness and focus that is the defining factor of meditation. That doesn’t mean that you have to sit in stillness. It means that your practice is about being conscious of what and how you’re focusing your mind.
