Our amazing sponsor

At the end of the day, you never need an excuse to treat yourself... đź’…

(For us, that looks like a fizzy Diet Coke and a fresh spray tan.)

And while bridal tans, competition tans, and spring break tans are all special, some of our favorite glow sessions have been booked "just because."

Who can relate? Comment your favorite spray tan occasion below. ⤵️

When I was a junior in high school, a teacher was fired because he was viewing po*******hy on his computer at school. In conversations with other students, I started to hear things like, “I don’t know why he got fired, p**n isn’t even bad.” This was shocking and concerning to me, because I had seen po*******hy addiction affect the lives of people I love.

I wanted to help educate my peers and change the conversation, and I felt led to an organization called Fight the New Drug, which educates teens on how po*******hy affects individuals, relationships, and society through middle and high school assemblies. The timing of it was absolutely divinely orchestrated. As I competed in pageants in college, I helped organize assemblies in several school districts and my university. (The first one I organized for my own high school was featured on ABC’s Nightline!🤩) I’ve seen miracles open doors all along the way. (Swipe to see baby Missy with the FTND founders!)

My mission as Mrs. Texas American is to spread this message and resource throughout in the State Texas! I want every school district in Texas to be aware of Fight the New Drug assemblies as a resource to help empower their teens make intentional decisions. I believe this that in an age of technology and internet saturation, this is the most relevant and important conversation we need to be having. Join me in spreading the word that #p**nkillslove, that there is #hopeforhealing, and #empowermentineducation.
