Many of you know and love my daughter, Brooke.

What you may not know is that Brooke is currently waiting for her **4th kidney transplant**.

Brooke’s kidney journey began when she was just 5 years old, when her kidneys failed due to a rare autoimmune disease. At age 8, her oldest brother became her first kidney donor. What an incredible gift of love.

Her next two kidneys came from deceased donors — two individuals whose families chose to give the gift of life through organ donation.

And now, Brooke is waiting again.

If you know Brooke, you know she has always lived life fully. She has never let her health keep her from loving deeply, serving others, showing up for the people around her, and making the most of every opportunity.

Now Brooke needs help.

Because Brooke has had multiple transplants, finding a compatible donor can be more difficult. The more people who are willing to be tested, the greater the chance of finding the right match.
