Debis' Plexus Journey

Lots of health screening appts being set up in the next couple of weeks.
I haven't been to see a Dr since 2019.
Well at least health testing.
For my mental health I was seeing someone but it felt like that person wasn't listening to me or my mental health status.
With all the health and mental issues I've been having it's time.
Need lots of prayers with everything and that this Dr will help my mental health.
He's giving me a referal to go back to therapy/counseling.
Which I've been trying to get since February of last year not just pills and alcohol.
All glory be to God because he never gives up in me even tho I want to give up daily.
AMEN!

Missed all week due to sinuses but go to get 3 days in thos week regardless of how bad my head hurts.

Accountability is still going
Last day was Thursday because busy weekend and not feeling well.
I'm proud that I've at least made it 3 days a week for the last month.
Consistency for me is all over the place.

Missed yesterday but I got until Saturday to make it 5 days this week.

30 minutes pilates.
Last week 4 days
This weeks goal is 5 days.
