One of the easiest immune hacks and yet, it’s forgotten magic.

Get a large jar and steep the following for 4-6 weeks:
•onion of your choice
•garlic
•fresh ginger
•horseradish root if you can find
•turmeric if you’re a baddie
•hot pepper of your choice 🌶️🌶️🌶️
•raw apple cider vinegar (w/ the mother)

That’s the base recipe, but I like to add fresh herbs and botanicals to really amp up the immune boosting qualities.

•citrus peels
•peppercorns
•calendula

It’s really up to you! Let it sit in a dark, cool place for 4-6 weeks and give it a little flip every day you think of it. Then strain and keep refrigerated until you use it up, taking a teaspoon whenever you feel even the slightest bit off.

This is old magic, and it will absolutely save you in the upcoming cold and flu seasons!
