One of the easiest immune hacks and yet, it’s forgotten magic.
Check out the full video for how to make on but here’s the recipe and everything you need to know. ⬇️
Get a large jar and steep the following for 4-6 weeks:
•onion of your choice
•garlic
•fresh ginger
•horseradish root if you can find
•turmeric if you’re a baddie
•hot pepper of your choice 🌶️🌶️🌶️
•raw apple cider vinegar (w/ the mother)
That’s the base recipe, but I like to add fresh herbs and botanicals to really amp up the immune boosting qualities.
•citrus peels
•peppercorns
•calendula
It’s really up to you! Let it sit in a dark, cool place for 4-6 weeks and give it a little flip every day you think of it. Then strain and keep refrigerated until you use it up, taking a teaspoon whenever you feel even the slightest bit off.
This is old magic, and it will absolutely save you in the upcoming cold and flu seasons!

“Ask yourself if you made your bed today (or insert another task here). If the answer is yes… you did enough.”
We are many things, but we are also only human.
Miracles happen through small, singular actions repeated over time. Do the one thing every single day and watch your life change.
The to-do list will still be there tomorrow, waiting for you to cross off one more thing.

It’s finally time for this green witch to get her garden, but first… flooring.
I tried so hard in our last home to carve out a space where nature could thrive, but unfortunately very few plants could survive and many lives were lost. 😞
Although this patio isn’t quite the lush garden I dream of, I am still committed to laying the foundation for it with the space I have. And I’m betting my pride on it.
A little wager with my husband that I can DIY the carpet to give the upscale diamond pattern for 1/3 of the cost. He has his doubts. I have sheer willpower and the internet.
