I love to train others on how to be safe. After teaching a group of about 30 young men, I received this message. This is why I do it! Because I know I am bringing value to this world with this business! Thank you Stephanie for the lovely compliment!

A.R.M.O.R. is starting soon! Are you joining in?

You make the decision........

Check out the difference in the before and after of this year group of young men! The smiles and engagement!

Today I got the opportunity to train almost 30 young men and had a blast. They are part of the Frisco Star Chapter of the Young Men's Service League and they are a great group. Every boy was respectful and polite!

Thank you for having me!!

The A.R.M.O.R trial class was a hit(pun intended).. the kids had a blast and so did I!
Only a week left to sign up for our A.R.M.O.R kids series!

Are your kids safe when without you? Give them the skills and confidence to be able to protect themselves!

Do You Worry About Your Child’s Safety?

As parents, we can’t be with our kids every moment—and that can be scary. ❤️

What if they knew how to recognize danger, trust their instincts, respond under pressure, and protect themselves if necessary?

That’s exactly what we’re teaching in our A.R.M.O.R. Kids & Teens Series!

🥋 Come try it out at our Trial Class this Thursday 1pm at Pantera Crossfit in Plano!
It’s a great opportunity for your child to experience the class, learn some real-world safety skills, and see what A.R.M.O.R. is all about.
