To everyone who has faced setbacks, remember this: one hurdle doesn’t have to stand in the way of your dreams, desires, and goals. 🌟 Life has a way of throwing challenges at us, but sometimes those delays or detours are actually stepping stones to something greater. 🚀
I’ve experienced this firsthand. I took a step back from working out and coaching, thinking a break was what I needed. But in doing so, I lost sight of how important it is to invest in myself. Now, I’m determined to start again. 💪🏾
Right now, I might feel 'thicker than a snicker and finer than wine,' 🍫🍷 but I know I’m not at my healthiest. So, I’m publicly committing to restarting my fitness journey, and I’ll be sharing my progress with you—whether it’s daily, weekly, or somewhere in between. 🏃🏾♀️
I believe that accountability can be the push we need to keep going, and I’m grateful to those who’ve supported me over the years. 🙏🏾I hope you’ll stick around to witness this new transformation. Stay tuned for what’s to come. 🔄*

My team and I are looking for several self starters with an entrepreneurial mindset that are coachable. You will be trained for a position as a fitness coach.
