Hey y’all, how you doing this evening! Listen, I took a few months to work on myself, I focused on my goals, where I see myself, grieved, who I will allow into my life etc etc. One goal I had was to get back to my size. I’ve always struggled with my weight but never have I been over 230 pounds. After moving here to Texas, I gained 50 POUNDS!!! Yeah it was all that barbecue and steak I was eating, it crept up on me pretty fast. Well your girl is officially under 200 pounds and I can finally see some results !!! 10 more to lose for my goal and it seems to be the hardest yet geeez. Imma need y’all help with my operation snap back lol Moral of the story, take time for self, think about what you want and execute. If I can do it, y’all definitely can. Let’s crush our goals this week y’all. 💙💙💙

I understand the assignment Lawd! Others have shown me it can be done, now it’s time to walk by faith and not by sight( can I get a Amen) and show my people it can be done as well. We’ve all have been exposed to the blueprint in some form or fashion, through my journey, I just been taking notes. I think (I don’t know yet) I’m ready to tell me story now…Honestly, I lead a pretty dope life, you’ll see💙💙💙
