This is not a curriculum.
It is not a program.
It is not a framework for optimization.
It is a descriptive field stabilizing its own reception surfaces.

SPL™ and associated series now fully indexed for this phase. https://sophylit.com/2026-release-index/

I finally made something I’ve been wanting to share for a long time — a visual map of how the Somatic & Physical Literacy™ corpus actually fits together.

It's not a roadmap, program, or a hierarchy. Just a way to see the structure that has been quietly forming across all the white papers.

At the center are the SPL Foundational Papers, surrounded by:

• RC Posture – Descriptive Field Series (descriptive stabilization)
• Gravity-Informed Fascial Unwinding™ (stillness-domain appearance)
• Gravity-Informed Walking™ (motion-domain appearance)
• AI-Augmented Cognitive Expression & Governance™ (cognitive/AI dynamics)
• Independent Analytical and Reflective Writing (Non-RC posture)

For me, this map feels less like a finished product and more like a moment of clarity — seeing years of work settle into an architecture that can finally be shared without explanation every time.

The February–May 2026 release phase of Somatic & Physical Literacy™ is now indexed.

This page provides a clear, non-instrumental overview of what is being released—and what is not claimed—across SPL, RC Posture™, and adjacent series.

Somatic & Physical Literacy™ is now live across platforms.

This account documents the emergence of a descriptive discipline concerned with bodily appearance prior to interpretation, instruction, or intervention.

What was previously shared under a narrower clinical lens has been renamed to reflect its actual scope.

This space now holds research fragments, phenomenological observations, and public-facing material related to Somatic & Physical Literacy™ and its associated frameworks.

No methods. No instruction. No advice.
Only description.

Self-Healing TMJD 01/07/2026

Howdy all! I have an important announcement:

I’ve updated the name of this account to Somatic & Physical Literacy.

This reflects a clarification in posture, not a change of interest or care. My work here is no longer framed around “self-healing” as a claim, method, or outcome. I’m not offering protocols, guarantees, or a system to follow, and I’m not positioning myself as an authority on what another body should do.

By "literacy," I mean the ability to notice without interpreting or being told what it is supposed to mean or lead to. TMJD remains part of my personal history and perspective, but not a promise or prescription for others. This space is educational, reflective, and deliberately limited in scope.

The full, methodologically bounded work remains housed at selfhealingtmjd.com

However, here, the emphasis is literacy, not cure.

Self-Healing TMJD A personal healing journey with TMJD and fascia-informed therapies, shared to encourage, inspire, and empower others on their freedom journeys.

The Positive Feedback Loop 12/24/2025

Healing isn’t always about calming down.
Sometimes it’s about completion.

In my newest post, The Positive Feedback Loop, I write about moments when my body needed conscious truth and grounding—not passivity—to finish responses that had been stuck for years.

The Positive Feedback Loop How truth re-engaged my body when healing was intense.

How Trust Followed Safety 12/18/2025

How Trust Followed Safety For years, I thought faith meant endurance—enduring pain, hunger, unanswered prayer, and a body that wouldn’t cooperate. What I’m learning now is that God never asked my body to endure in order to …
