Just had a customer book me, then today (the day of her appointment) I let her know I am about to be on my way and she responds that shes found another artist...Please remember to be courteous when it comes to a persons business in the service industry. It is not going to hurt my feelings that you found someone else THIS IS A BUSINESS. I had multiple inquiries for this slot and since the time was already booked I missed out on income.
This is also why deposits are made and are non refundable...
