I help you cut through the confusing world of health and get to the root cause of your symptoms so you can heal from the inside out.

"It was therapy. It was a form of therapy. It was exactly what I needed." 😂❤️

One of my favorite pieces of feedback we receive isn't about supplements, labs, or protocols.

It's when a client tells us:
✨ "I finally feel heard."
✨ "I feel so supported by my team."
✨ "This is the first time someone has connected the dots."
✨ "I thought I was crazy."
✨ "I finally have hope."

Because when you've been struggling with symptoms for months (or years...or decades...), it can be incredibly emotional to finally sit down with someone who takes the time to listen to your story.
Not just your symptoms.
Your entire story.
The stress.
The timeline.
The triggers.
The labs.
The diagnoses.

We listen to the things nobody else thought were important, and then we help you make sense of it all.

Our practitioners are incredibly knowledgeable, but they're also deeply compassionate.

And sometimes having someone say:
💛 "I believe you."
💛 "Your symptoms are real."
💛 "You're not crazy."
💛 "There is a path forward."..is exactly what someone needs to hear.

Health isn't just physical.
Being seen, understood, supported, and guided through the process matters too.

Shout out to our amazing practitioner team - Kristi, Katrina, Carrie, Christy, and Christine - who show up every day and change lives one conversation at a time. 🫶

Who makes you feel seen? Tag them and give them a shout out below!

One of the hardest conversations I have with new clients goes something like this:

Them: "I've spent thousands on supplements... and I still don't feel better."
Me: "Ugh. So frustrating. I"m sorry and I get it. Good news? We can help."

Most of the time, the problem isn't that they need another supplement, the problem is that they're trying to solve the wrong problem.

This is why I get so passionate about helping people identify their actual root causes.

Because when you finally understand what's driving your symptoms, everything changes.
Your supplements start making more sense.
Your protocol becomes more targeted.
And you stop wasting money throwing random products at symptoms and hoping something sticks.

You deserve more than a cabinet full of supplements that aren't moving the needle. ;) You deserve answers.

If you're tired of guessing, tired of spending money on things that aren't working, and ready for a more strategic approach to your health...

Comment **HELP** and my team will send you information about working together.

And if this post made you realize why your current protocol may not be working, save it so you can come back to it later. ❤️

Hidden mold doesn’t always come with a musty smell or visible black spots. 👀

Water intrusion can happen behind drywall, around windows, in HVAC systems, under flooring, or inside ceilings without you ever knowing.

As someone who works with clients struggling with chronic illness and suspected mold exposure, I wanted another layer of confidence that my new home painstakingly built to reduce the risk of water intrusion and mold - was still in fact mold-free.

That’s why I had a trained mold detection dog come through my house. I used Florida’s Mold Dog | Mold K9 Detection Services as they are local to me in Central Florida and let me just say this dog is the best boy 💕 He worked so hard going all around my home inspecting every nook and cranny!

A few important things to know:
✔️ A mold dog is a screening tool—not a complete mold assessment.
✔️ The dog cannot tell you what species of mold is present or how severe it is.
✔️ But a trained dog can help identify whether mold odors are present and where they are coming from, allowing for targeted follow-up testing. OR they can help you rule out mold in your current home giving you peace of mind.

I frequently see clients whose health history and testing make mold exposure worth investigating, yet a traditional inspection doesn’t uncover a source. 🫠

Sometimes another approach like a mold dog helps narrow down where to look.

And if the dog finds nothing but the client has a high mycotoxin load in their urine? That’s useful too. It may prompt us to investigate other environments like work, school, or previous water-damaged buildings instead of continuing to focus on the home.

This isn’t about living in fear.
It’s about being thorough when the situation calls for it.

Have you ever had your home checked for hidden mold? Have you ever used a mold dog? 🐶

If you know someone with dry eyes, cornea damage, or facial paralysis share this with them. These products took me a MONTH to curate and I WISH someone shared all of this with me a month ago! Comment FACE for the link to my website where I share all the therapies and treatments I’m doing and where the Amazon storefront is linked.

One of my biggest frustrations with how I see so many functional medicine practices operating is that you get your lab results, receive a protocol, and then...you're on your own until your next appointment.

It's SO hard to make progress that way and most people end up feeling like they've "tried everything" and wasted their money and they give up on healing - when in reality - healing is possible - through PARTNERSHIP NOT PROTOCOLS.

That's why KB Wellness is different. We are here to partner with you.

When someone becomes a client, our relationship is just getting started. It's not one and done. Because your body changes, symptoms change, & life happens - so your care should change too.

Instead of waiting months between appointments to get help, we stay in close communication every step of the way.
✨ We meet with you multiple times each month.
✨ You have direct messaging access to your team between appointments.
✨ If something isn't working, we don't tell you to "stick it out until next month." We troubleshoot, answer questions, and make adjustments in real time.
✨ You're supported not by one practitioner, but by an entire team that collaborates behind the scenes on your case.

We don't hand you a protocol and hope for the best.
We partner with you.
Because in our experience, healing doesn't happen from a PDF handout. If it did...you'd be better by now...

It happens through thoughtful strategy, consistent support, accountability, and hundreds of small decisions made together over time in a PARTNERSHIP.

And I truly believe that's one of the biggest reasons our clients see the kind of transformations they do.

If you've been feeling like you're trying to navigate your health alone, you don't have to.

💚 Comment HELP or send us a DM, and we'll send you information about our Discovery Call to see if we're the right fit for you.

One of the biggest mistakes I see with MCAS is focusing only on suppressing symptoms without asking a more important question: 👉 Why are the mast cells unstable in the first place?

In this podcast episode we dive into how important it is to address inflammatory triggers alongside symptom management.

For some people, that means looking at the gut.
For others, it means looking at chronic infections, nervous system dysregulation, hormones, or environmental exposures.

One test I frequently find helpful in complex MCAS cases is a toxin panel. Mold toxins, heavy metals, and other environmental exposures can act as ongoing triggers that keep the immune system on high alert and make it difficult to calm mast cell activity.

We also often evaluate gut health and intestinal permeability. When the gut barrier becomes compromised, the immune system is exposed to things it shouldn't be seeing, which can further fuel inflammation and immune reactivity.

In some cases, we bring in peps to help support gut healing and barrier integrity as part of a broader strategy, or peps that reduce inflammation which emerging research shows helps to globally stabilize mast cells.

If there's one thing MCAS clients teach you, it's that more is not always better. Microdosing is often the name of the game. Tiny doses. Slow increases. Careful observation.

Because what works beautifully for one person may flare another. That's why there is no one-size-fits-all MCAS protocol.

The goal isn't just to manage reactions. The goal is to identify and address the factors contributing to those reactions in the first place.

Comment MCAS below and I'll send you the full podcast episode. 🎙️

Rapid fire run through of all the treatments I’m doing to try to speed up healing from Bells Palsy, facial paralysis, from a TMJ surgery complication.

Comment FACE for the link to a page with allll the details, what search terms I used to find treatment locations, what links you can use to purchase at home products, ratings on the strength of evidence for these and more

I pieced this together with the help of my KB Wellness team of practitioners and my own research and I’m sharing it all in hopes I can help others! 💕

Healing is not always one thing.

Sometimes it is acupuncture.
Sometimes it is red light.
Sometimes it is waking up the nerve.
Sometimes it is supporting blood flow, inflammation, mitochondria, and the nervous system all at once.

Right now, one side of my face is paralyzed. My eye will not fully close, my eyebrow will not lift, and my body has been through a lot after multiple complications, ER visits, vision changes, and facial paralysis.

So this is part of what support looks like right now.

The needles in my face are connected to gentle electrical stimulation to help “wake up” the muscles and nerve pathways.

The other acupuncture points are supporting circulation, meridians, energy flow, and overall healing.

Then we added red, blue, and infrared light to support mitochondrial function, inflammation, and tissue repair.

And the tiny ear needles are there to support my vagus nerve, which I was very excited about because my nervous system could use all the help it can get right now.

The goal is not just to “treat the face.”

It is to help my whole body feel safe enough to heal.

I am sharing this because I know someone out there may one day be in a similar situation, wondering what options they can ask their practitioner about.

This is not medical advice, just a look into what I am personally doing with the support of my care team.

🔍 The good news is that testing is more accessible than ever, and this kind of genetic insight can be helpful when you are trying to understand chronic symptoms, family patterns, fertility challenges, or how your body may be processing key nutrients.

✅ A few common ways to test include:
• Single or multi gene testing using blood work or a cheek swab through your provider
• Direct to consumer DNA testing - usually cheek swab
• More comprehensive at home cheek swab kits that look beyond MTHFR ✨ Hint - this is my favorite option ✨ (COMMENT GENE below or in my DMs to get a link to the kit I use with my private clients - and yes - you can self order it without a provider! It's my favorite because the cost for 98 pages of genes is comparable in cost to single gene testing through many functional labs!)

🔐 Another important piece: data privacy.
Not all genetic testing companies handle your data the same way, so I always recommend looking into privacy policies before testing. The company I use does not sell your genetic data, and you can request full data deletion after downloading your report.

🧩 But remember: testing is only step one!!

Knowing your MTHFR variants is helpful, but the real value comes from understanding how those genes are expressing and how to support your body through nutrition, lifestyle, minerals, B vitamins, gut health, stress support, and targeted supplementation.

That is where epigenetics comes in!
Your genes are not your destiny.
They are information.

And when interpreted correctly, MTHFR can become a doorway into more personalized, root cause care. ♥️

👇 Comment GENE below and I’ll send you the link to the test I use with my clients so you can check it out for yourself.

No practitioner is required to purchase, but I do recommend working with someone who can help you understand the results and turn the data into an actual plan. 😉
