Owning a beauty school taught me that teaching techniques is only one part of the job. Building an academy also means developing future professionals, creating systems that support student success, and maintaining standards that extend far beyond the classroom.
The quality of your graduates reflects the quality of the education, leadership, and culture you’ve built.

This photo takes me back to the beginning.
Before the growth, before the milestones, and before people knew my name, I was simply a woman with a dream of building a beauty school and the courage to take the first step.
Looking at this reminds me that God has been faithful through every season. What once felt uncertain became part of the story He was writing all along.
If you’re in a season where you’re tired, discouraged, or questioning whether to keep going, remember this: every founder starts somewhere. Don’t underestimate what God can do with one step of obedience and a willingness to begin.
