I'm convinced I've had some kind of midlife crisis. 1st artisan bread, then making butter, now this. I decided to make homemade hamburger buns so we could make smash sausage "B.O.B's (Breakfast on a bun) this morning.

They were so easy to make and really good. I may never go back!

Yes I will. Who am I kidding? 😄 I don't have time for this level of crazy on the regular. Wish I did, tho! They were fun!

I just love him so much. He is 100% an original. He is taking himself to the new Mandalorian movie tonight and just knew THIS was the look.

This is just the saddest, especially knowing I took many of those ordinary days for granted. 😭😭😭😭❤️

Do I like the beard? No.

Is it my face? Also no.

One of our amazing neighbors came over with an old fashioned for Brian and I. It is freaking delicious! I love our neighborhood. We don't get to see our neighbors much. Life, it gets crazy and keeps everyone busy but little things like this make me so happy we are here.

Funny story.

Over the weekend I posted a "random" while looking for a purse to sport at a wedding.

A clutch, a $20, a new lipstick and a clown nose happened to be the context all chilling together in the top of my closet for God knows how long.

I posted to FB which goes to Insta then automatically posts to Threads.

I recieved an email from Threads that I basically went viral.

Gotta be honest. This is the FIRST time "going viral" didn't involve a Dr., a prescription, quarantine or something type of salve.

It was such a fun ride and the commenters were so engaging, sweet and relatable. It ended up being a Thread full of discovery and fun.

I am NO content creator but I can see how cool it can be hearing from people all over the world on something so human.

We are ALL more alike than different.

On our way to a wedding and I grabbed a clutch that I haven't used in years. Literally had to dust the bad boy off.

I open it up and this is what I find. A brand new lipstick, a 20 dollar bill and a clown nose.

I have no idea what my last clutch-needing event was but man I hope tonight is just as fun.
