Good morning!!!

Good Morning,
The last few days have honestly been an emotional roller coaster. My heart has felt heavy, but through it all, our faith truly carried us. When we didn’t have the words, God gave us peace. When we felt weak, He gave us strength. 🙏🏽
Sitting here in this breezy Florida weather, I’m just taking a moment to breathe and be thankful. Thankful for family. Thankful for love. Thankful that even in grief, we’re still covered.
As I prepare to head back to the Lone Star State ✈️, I’m praying for safe travels and a smooth week ahead. And Lord… please let TSA PreCheck be working because I am not prepared to take off shoes and stand in that long standard line today 😅
Thank you to everyone who prayed for us, called, texted, and showed up with love during our time of bereavement. Every message and every act of kindness truly meant so much.
If this week has felt heavy for you too, just know faith really will carry you through. One breath, one prayer, one step at a time.

Being a strong woman doesn’t mean we don’t get tired. It doesn’t mean we don’t cry, or need a moment, or a warm cup of coffee to gather ourselves. Sometimes strength looks like resting. Sometimes it looks like tears falling quietly. Sometimes it’s choosing to stay in bed and breathe.
But one thing about us , we don’t quit. We get back up. We pray. We reset. And we come back stronger.
Isaiah 40:31 reminds us:
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Our strength isn’t just in us , it’s in the God who renews us.
So if today you need coffee, a cry, or a pause… take it. Just don’t give up.

🖤Black History Month Reflection 🖤
When I think about a woman of color who truly made history, I think about Rosa Parks. She wasn’t loud. She wasn’t trying to be famous. She was simply tired of being treated unfairly. And in one quiet but powerful moment, she chose not to give up her seat.
That simple act of courage changed the course of history.
What moves me most is knowing she was just a regular woman who decided enough was enough. Her strength reminds me that we don’t have to be perfect or powerful in the world’s eyes to make an impact ,we just have to stand firm in what’s right.
Because of women like her, doors were opened. Because of women like her, we walk a little freer today.
And that’s something worth honoring — not just this month, but every day. 🖤✊🏾

It’s hard to believe that what started as a sisterhood meeting at church a few years ago has grown into such a genuine friendship. From the very beginning, the energy was positive, the conversations flowed, and there was an instant sense of connection. Over time, that connection turned into real sisterhood, built on trust, laughter, faith, and showing up for one another.
We’ve shared life, encouraged each other, and created a safe space to just be ourselves. This kind of sisterhood is a blessing, and it reminds me how powerful it is when women come together with open hearts.
So here’s to keeping our promise, making time for each other and hanging out at least once a month. Life gets busy, but sisterhood like this is worth protecting and nurturing. Grateful for these women and the bond we continue to build. 💕

This weekend reminded me how good it feels to feel good about yourself. I stepped outside, showed up, and had an amazing time, and it wasn’t about who was there or who noticed. It was about me choosing joy.
Here’s your reminder: it’s okay to celebrate yourself. It doesn’t hurt to dress up, look cute, and enjoy the moment you’re in. Confidence isn’t vanity, it’s self-respect. When you embrace who you are and allow yourself to shine, you give other women permission to do the same.
Life isn’t only about surviving the week. It’s also about living, laughing, and loving the woman you see in the mirror. Go out. Have fun. Wear the outfit. Take the picture. Celebrate you.💃🏽

Galentine’s with my sister 💕
Tonight wasn’t about dressing up or doing anything fancy. It was about sitting together, asking real questions, having honest conversations, and feeling safe enough to say what’s truly on our hearts. We laughed, reflected, and had those moments that remind you how healing it is to be fully seen and heard.
Being in sisterhood like this is powerful. When women come together without judgment, we create space to heal, grow, and remind each other of our worth. These conversations matter. They strengthen us, ground us, and help us show up better for ourselves and for each other.
Here’s to sisterhood that feels like therapy, love that feels safe, and women who choose to uplift instead of compete. We are stronger together—always. 💕
