Excited to announce Copper Bowl Foot Soaks added on to massage appts starting in February! Enjoy a 15 minute heated soak in salts/herbs/essential oils at your next massage. (must be scheduled in advance)

Copper is an age old healing modality with plenty of health benefits in addition to just feeling lovely! Great for reducing joint pain and inflammation (arthritis), is naturally antimicrobial (aids in killing germs and bacteria), is beneficial for bone, nerve and skeletal health and helps the body repair and heal. What’s not to like?

After many years of holding my prices steady, I will be adjusting my rates as of January 1, 2026.

This change will help me to continue to offer therapeutic massage in the calm, heartfelt and healing environment that many of you cherish.

June at Melt! ☀️

Join me on Monday, June 9th from 6:30-8:00 pm for a guided meditation followed by some shared time with one another, connecting the “old fashioned way” - face to face vs screen time. My hopes in creating this brand new offering, which I've dubbed the “Communi-Tea Circle”, is to gather people of all identities to come together to share tea, stories, and meaningful conversation. In this inclusive circle, we create a space of warmth, presence, and deep listening—honoring each person’s journey while exploring the threads that connect us all. As the aroma of tea fills the air, so too will our shared reflections on life’s joys, struggles, and the common humanity that unites us. This is more than just a tea circle—it’s a space for connection, understanding, and collective healing across all walks of life.

I’ve decided to make this offering donation based with a suggestion of $15, however if this is not in your budget right now (we’ve all been there!) I encourage you to pay what/if you can.
