How many of ya remember the original shop?

With the name that didnt make sense, although to be fair its only made sense for like 3 years.

For those of you who dont know i was gonna pitch the idea of opening a shop together with a couple of great friends. Covid hit. I already had the branding done, so I just used it - when I pivoted to opening the store - I couldn't afford to get something new done.

Was literally a "while stecker was installing the sign" decision to leave off the AND - and be ALLIED BARBER SUPPLY.

It didn't make it any less confusing to be honest, and I never did get any blades in for Joe's clippers, and he never did cut my hair. Lol.

This shop name - was actually meant to be more of a mid range concept, but it ended up taking on more of a higher end vibe, with a lower range price. So I guess it evens out.

If I ever hit the lottery, maybe ill fix that.

Maybe.

If everything came up milhouse I would honestly open the original lower end concept as it would give me the avenue to start helping the underhoused again.

Anyway, enough rambling. We've all got openings. Come ask Jeremy about flying over the eye of a hurricane to get home from Florida.

And lets get your Halloween costume hair on the books.

I still want to do a Johnny Bravo on somebody.

Danielle is back from her mini vacation. Jeremy will be back soon. Michele has a few spots, and I'm on my way to being a certified loon.

Hey chiropractic friends - would a tens unit help with what I believe he said is nerve damage? Said hes done chiropractic before and it didnt really help. Hes also had some sort of shots in his back - that also didnt help.

I got him some icy hot, as he said the bio freeze i had laying around made his neck hurt a little less.

Never seen him have to take a break on his daily walk before, and he was damn near crying.

Severe Neck and back pain, and he has to walk with a cane. So something in the right leg is also possible.

Looks like a portable tens unit can be had for like 70 bucks, but I dont know if he could get the pads on himself / have a way to charge it.

Lemme know.

Had to put a new notch in my belt this morning.

Basically attributing it to less stress eating.

Anyway, the place is kind of finally chugging along.

Now to save enough to hire someone to do the marketing so I can get rid of social media and you all have to see less dumb posts from me.

Its a win win in my book.
