You do not have to wear our shapers at all times but it wonโt hurt if you do. We recommend waist training 4-5 days a week at least 5 hours at a time but can be up to 12 hours a day. We definitely recommend wearing them while working out because it helps increase results and sweating out fat cells. However, many people also wear them while at work, grocery shopping or just lounging around your home. Itโs completely up to you but it is safe and comfortable to wear during workouts. The material is great quality and last long. The form stays very secure and can be machine washed but ONLY air dried.ย Thereโs a size chart on our site for your reference. Itโs pretty accurate.
