You do not have to wear our shapers at all times but it wonβt hurt if you do. We recommend waist training 4-5 days a week at least 5 hours at a time but can be up to 12 hours a day. We definitely recommend wearing them while working out because it helps increase results and sweating out fat cells. However, many people also wear them while at work, grocery shopping or just lounging around your home. Itβs completely up to you but it is safe and comfortable to wear during workouts.
