The internet has crowned PRF the winner over PRP.

The evidence disagrees. Both concentrate the growth factors already in your blood. Difference is how the blood is spun:
PRP releases its growth factors in a fast burst, PRF in a slow release from fibrin scaffold over days. That’s the actual distinction, not “newer versus older.” A 2025 systematic review found PRF performed better for texture, creepiness, and fine lines.
