The answer is no. You don't have to own a house to start your group home business.
It may be difficult to get a property, so you can use the same rental arbitrage method used for long term rental just like Air Bnb does for short term rental.

After multiple side hustles over the years and officially having 2 successful businesses started in the last year 🙌🏾, I can officially say I'm on the entrepreneur journey.
Let me tell you, there's been ups and downs, twists and turns, headaches, tears and sleepless nights, but it has been 💯 rewarding.
I'm here to tell you today that if there's a dream, a vision, something you've been thinking of doing, be brave and start on it NOW!
You may not get it right the first time, you may have to tweak some things, you may have to gut half of it and re-create some things. That's how you learn, that's how you grow, that's how you become great.
Don't settle for average, don't settle for comfortable, get out of your comfort zone.
Rise above the what if's,
Rise above the negative noises inside and outside your head.
The best time to start is NOW.
Take a chance on yourself!
What DREAMS are in your head? What VISION has God given you? What GIFT have you been blessed with?
GET TO WORK AND DO SOMETHING TODAY!
DM me if you need help getting started.

Can't let this week go by without saying Happy Nurses Week and giving a huge shout out to two of the best nurses I know.
My parents are both Registered Nurses and retired October last year after serving 40 years (dad) and 24 years (mom). Both have always been a big inspiration to me, in their actions, achievements and most importantly their love for God.
Thank you, to my superheroes in scrubs!!!

Continue education is a big part of nursing, as sciences and technology evolves, we as nurses must educate ourselves to be able to provide excellent care.
Here are 5 skills you can improve on to be a better home health nurse:
1) Develop effective communication skills with patients, coworkers, providers and family members. Having good communication skills is essential to collaborating on teams with your fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team, as well as providing patient centered care. Nurses who take the time to listen and understand the concerns of each of their patients are better prepared to address issues as they arise, resulting in better patient outcomes.
2) Stay organized with your route, patient care, documentation and maintain proper inventory.
Winging it in home health will only get you so far.
3) Build relationships with your patients and their families to earn their trusts, therefore making it easier for them to listen to your teachings. Likewise, having a great working relationship with your team allows for effective collaboration.
You never know when you'll need a team member to meet you with that one supply you need but don't have with you.
4) Be flexible and be able to adapt care approaches from home to home and patient to patient.
Remember you are a guest in your patient's home, no matter what the environment looks like.
5) Always remember to be positive and ask for help whenever needed. Just because you do visits by yourselves does not mean you are alone.
It takes an interdisciplinary approach to have a successful outcome with patient care.

I love planners and notebooks, always carry around at least 3 because I never know when an idea or thought will come to me and each one is for something different.
I've been putting feet to my faith though. Not just dreaming, but acting on my dreams based on my plans.
I don't believe in luck, but in hard work.
What steps are you taking to accomplish your goals and make your dreams come true?
