It means your facial shouldn’t be exactly the same as everyone else’s—because your skin isn’t exactly like everyone else’s. 🤍

Dryness, congestion, sensitivity, texture, dullness and breakouts can all require different care. A customized facial allows Meredith to look at what your skin needs and tailor the experience to you.

And yes, you still get the lying-down-with-your-eyes-closed-and-forgetting-your-responsibilities part too. 😂🙌🏼

ENJOY Volumizing Elixir is made to add density, texture and body to fine hair while giving your style long-lasting hold—aka a little extra oomph without having to fight your hair all morning. 🤍

How to use it:
Apply a small amount to clean, damp hair, working it through from your roots to your ends. Then style as usual. For your biggest, bounciest results, concentrate on those roots before your blowout. ✨

🚨 IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT & NO-SHOW POLICY UPDATE

We want to take a moment to make sure all South Wind Salon clients are aware of our appointment, cancellation, and no-show policies.

When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you. Depending on the service, a stylist may block 2, 3, or even more hours of their workday for one client.

We completely understand that life happens and appointments sometimes need to be changed. What we ask for in return is simply communication and respect for the time that has been reserved for you.

Effective immediately, all new clients will be required to pay a 30% deposit when booking an appointment. An invoice will be sent by text or email, and the appointment will not be held until the deposit has been paid.

Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

In the event of a no-show, the 30% deposit will be forfeited and the client will be invoiced for the remaining 20% of our 50% no-show fee. Any outstanding balance must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

For our existing clients, please remember that appointments that are no-showed or cancelled without adequate notice are subject to a 50% service fee, which must also be paid before rebooking.

While we do our best to communicate our policies during the booking process, this policy applies to all appointments booked with South Wind Salon and its stylists.

These policies are not intended to punish anyone. Our stylists are independent professionals, and the hours reserved for appointments are their livelihood. A two-hour no-show isn’t simply an empty chair—it is two hours of income that cannot typically be replaced with no notice.
