As a general rule of thumb, you should always apply lighter-viscosity products first, and give them a chance to absorb a little before adding the next layer.

If you apply a heavy cream before a light serum, your skin is not going to fully absorb the lighter product.

😷 Salicylic Acid is derived from willow bark, and is a Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA).

It’s mostly used to treat acne.
