Turns out, a beautiful install is only ONE piece of building a successful extension business.

I had to learn how to price for profit, protect the integrity of the natural hair, stop trying to serve everybody, attract the RIGHT clients, market myself, create content and actually build a BRAND.

And trust me… some of those lessons were learned the expensive way. 😂
