Make sure you’re using that cool shot on your AirLight Pro to lock the volume in! I always check it on the back of my hand to make sure it’s not still hot before setting the base.

Remember, every canvas is different so your ratios of these formulas are going to be dependent on what you’re putting it on. Color is never a one size fits all, when it comes to toning
This trip felt bigger than just teaching, not gonna lie…
It was my first time really traveling solo like this and I don’t think I realized how uncomfortable that would feel at first. Eating alone, navigating new places, figuring things out without leaning on someone else… it pulled me out of my comfort zone in the best way.
Somewhere between getting lost, walking unfamiliar streets, and sitting with my own thoughts a little longer than usual, I felt something shift in me.
I came home feeling more grounded, more capable, and honestly a little more connected to myself.
Really grateful for the experience.

Soft and elegant for the win! Save this formula! (Want to know why I used Violet kicker?!)👇🏼
09GI: Adds soft warmth and creamy reflect. Keeps the blonde luminous and prevents the formula from looking dull or over-muted.
09GB: Gives the neutral-beige foundation. This is what creates that polished expensive blonde tone instead of icy or overly golden.
07M: This is the control mechanism in the formula. Because Matte has that blue/green reflect.
Violet kicker is nice to add because it has NO level, just pigment. It’s intense enough that you only need a little bit. It helps to balance the 07M so it doesn’t look too khaki or muddy and helps with subtle neutralization of any unwanted yellow.
Our result is this golden beige that isn’t too bright with the right amount of warmth.

This is what I love most about education… it’s never just about technique. It’s about energy, presence, and the way we all expand when we’re in the right room.
I’m so grateful to .one.masterclass for inviting me, trusting me, and bringing me here and to salon for inviting me into their space to share what I love doing most.
These rooms always give me more than I could ever give back.
Also, getting to share the redken love with them was an absolute treat!!

London Town with and adorable Ceasar the English bull terrier.
The only way I will be drying my fringe from now on!
I couldn’t be more obsessed with this this hairdryer. As a stylist if nearly 20 years I’ve used a lot of tools and the AirLight Pro is hands down my favorite. It keeps my hair feeling so good and not dehydrated!
