Over time filler can migrate so the lip doesn’t have a crisp border. Sometimes we need to dissolve and start over, but this doesn’t happen to everyone. So for this patient I dissolved filler above upper border & pillows of upper lip. Then refilled them to restore lip’s natural hydration and volume. 💋💋
