@mariekegouda is in the house! They make their cheese using an authentic Old World Gouda in Wisconsin. They used equipment, cultures, herbs and spices all imported from Holland. They use raw milk to make this delicious cheese.

Want to make cheese curd at home? It’s easier than you think! You only need a few basic materials such as milk, cultures, and rennet. These ingredients will ripen the milk, form curds and whey and add flavor to the finished cheese. You can then turn this cheese curd into fresh mozzarella or burrata – just like we do in our Virtual Class! We carry both vegetable and animal rennet at the shop. Call us if you would like to purchase them and try making curd at home! Our rennet is from New England Cheesemaking Supply Company!

We proudly carry local cultured butter by Ghost Rock Farm, Palisade, CO!
Here is what they say about their fabulous product: “Our cultured butter is a living food with natural ingredients only, made from organic cream sourced from pastured cows. The result is a natural product that changes with the seasons as the cows graze. Look for the butter to take on a characteristic bright yellow color as spring arrives as a result of the cows moving primarily onto fresh new season pasture!”
We also carry their “Celebration” style butter, which is made with Peach Street Distillers Smoked Rye Whisky and Pure Country Sorghum Syrup, finished with smoked Maine sea salt. Rich, sweet, smoky, and delicious!
Le Chablochon is a cow's milk cheese made in the Savoie region of France by Fruitères Chabert, a third generation family owned creamery founded in 1936. Chablochon was inspired by the classic Reblochon de Savoie. The thin orange rind encapsulates a rich, soft, sticky paste that tastes buttery with subtle notes of grass and hay. These little guys are very special and we only have a few left at the shop - make sure to pick one up soon!

We love the label on this wheel! Cablanca is a goat’s milk cheese that is made by Kroon Cheese , one of the oldest Dutch cheese makers. This Gouda is milder and sweeter than tradtional goat milk cheeses. It is creamy texture and well-balanced flavor.
We always have a wide variety of delicious Goudas - and this is one of our favorites.
We love Jasper Hill Farm! We typically carry most of the cheeses pictured, but our friend Winnimere is a special cheese we don’t normally have! It is wrapped in strips of spruce cambium harvested from Jasper Hill Farm’s woodlands and washed with a cultured salt brine. When you eat it, remove the top rind and dip you spoon into its sweet and savory cream. We only have a few left so order one ASAP!
Toma Piemontese with Tumeric is semi-firm cow’s milk from Piemonte, Italy. Tumeric gives the cheese a lovely golden color and a light spicy, floral aroma. It is a vegetarian cheese that is aged 60 days and is made with thistle rennet. It has notes of fresh cut grass, a pleasant sweetness, and a slight tang. We have a limited amount of it so make sure to give it a try on your next order!
We love Prairie Breeze Cheddar by Milton Creamery LLC! Made in Iowa, it is aged a minimum of 9 months. It is sweeter than your typical cheddar with lots of flavor. It’s crumbly, creamy and has a little crunch from the calcium crystals that form during the aging process. Snag a piece from our shop this week! We promise you’ll love it just as much as we do.
