First and foremost, I want to say thank you to every single one of my clients for continuing to support me and my small business.
Your appointments, referrals, and continued trust mean more to me than you know. 🥹✂️

I’ve had to make a small change to my cancellation policy due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. As a small business, when an appointment is reserved and then canceled at the last minute, that time is often too short to offer the spot to someone else who may have been waiting for an opening.

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected things come up. ❤️

This policy isn’t meant to be harsh or make anyone feel uncomfortable — it’s simply a way to protect my time and keep my business running smoothly.

✨ NEW CANCELLATION POLICY ✨

• A card will be required to hold your appointment.
• Please provide at least 3 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 3 hours before your appointment or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service to the card on file.
