Ahhh summer!

This is going to be so much fun! Just like last time, we'll do some gentle yoga to the sound of the crystal bowls. Then during Savasana, a full soundbath to calm and relax the body, and bring you into a deeper state of ease. During this, Danny will play on the gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls and other instruments evoking the sounds of nature.

As this is right at the time of the Summer Solstice, we will be honoring the sun and light and life (the longest period of daylight for the year) through the postures and visuals of the yoga practice. There will be the option to make flower crowns after the soundbath, a popular ritual at the time of the solstice, celebrating the abundance and beauty of nature. Fruity iced tea will be served. This is optional, if you would like to partake.

Summer specials have kicked off!

The Summer Unlimited Pass started today. There are still a few days left to catch this unbelieveable deal: three months unlimited yoga in-studio and online, plus 3 guest passes! If you're thinking this might be right for you, don't wait!
