The warm weather months are finally upon us! And with this brings in quite the busy season for waxing.

Why is this?

Clients who decide to take a break from waxing start back up. While people who have been thinking about waxing for months decide that they are finally ready to give it a try since summer is right around the corner! Which is AMAZING!

This is why prebooking your appointments is going to be SO important this summer!! This ensures you get your desired date / time. So make sure you take advantage of prebooking at your next appointment!

I’ve already had clients getting their appointments booked all the way thru August to ensure they get their desired date / time! Last minute appointments are going to be hard to get. So prebook! (You can also prebook your summer out online if it is easier to figure out your schedule that way)

Exciting update for the studio!! Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE to yap about books. And something that I have been able to bond over with so many clients has been reading. And that includes all genres! So I thought it would be fun to add a free little library to the studio 🫶🏻🫶🏻

These first books are ones from my personal collection that I just didn’t want on my shelves anymore. They are in good condition. (Some do have a personalized stamp in them… my bad yall)

AND each book has a bookmark for a local book store

So please at your next appointment feel free to take a book! And bring in books that you no longer want, have duplicates of, etc etc

Today is a VERY special day!! Today marks three years since opening my own wax studio. And boy has time absolutely flown by. In March of 2023 I opened the first studio, then know as “Salon C” in a salon suite in Ankeny. Then in the fall of 2024 I got the opportunity to move into Salon Z. Reuniting with my best friend . Met the AMAZING other girls in the salon. and now has joined us 💕 I could not ask for a better work environment. Not only are we a female owned and run salon, but we truly are a family. I love my girls so much 😘

Owning this studio has literally been a dream. Thank you to every single client who has supported me. I literally could not have done this without your love and support. Looking forward to MANY more years of waxing 🐱& 🍑 to come
