Todays schedule is jam packed and I’m grateful:

1. Postpartum/lactation appointment
2. Placenta encapsulation
3. Prenatal
4. Postpartum visit/midwife check in
5. Vet, early school dismissal, and parent teacher conference all within the same time frame
6. Cold and flu herbal packages picked up.

Being a birth worker you have to stay with a full tank literally and figuratively. It’s go time at any time !!!

I’m so confused by people who hire a Doula then don’t answer calls, texts, or accept the help! Having someone’s expertise and time isn’t a fad and should be respected.
