I completely understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. I always do my best to be flexible when unexpected situations come up.

That said, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that I often can’t fill, and they directly impact my small business.

Just a friendly reminder of my cancellation policy:
• Appointments canceled within 12 hours or no-show appointments will be charged 60% of the scheduled service.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will also be subject to the cancellation fee.
