She was scheduled for a soak off and a fresh full set at 8am….
at 7:50pm the NIGHT BEFORE, we received the devastating news🥺
Not even one day too late, just 12 HOURSSSSS 🫨😭

This client went longer between maintenance appointments, and unfortunately one of her nails cracked.

And as much as we love a fresh set… nail health comes before nail art. EVERY. TIME. 🎀

Because the nail was compromised, we weren’t going to cover it or continue working on that nail and potentially create an environment where further damage or infection could occur.

Instead, we safely soaked off the remaining enhancements and let the natural nails be natural. 🫶🏽

Sometimes being a good nail tech isn’t about what you can put on a nail — it’s knowing when not to.
