If you’ve noticed that Rooted Range Wellness has been a little quiet on social media since July… I promise I’m still here! 🤎

Life has just been FULL — in the very best way. I’ve been soaking up my season of being a sports mom! ⚾️🏈⚽️ Between baseball, football, soccer, practices, games, traveling, cheering from the sidelines, and all the craziness in between, my little business had to take a bit of a backseat.

And you know what? I wouldn’t trade those memories for anything. 🥹❤️

Now that our fall sports have officially wrapped up, I’m SO excited to get back into the kitchen and start creating again! 🙌🏼
