Elderberry is a powerhouse of antioxidants. We need antioxidants to combat free radicals that we are at war with everyday. Oxidation is the root cause of aging. Why not slow it down with antioxidants?

Processed meat should not be eaten in any circumstance. It is not food!! Hot dogs, deli meats, chicken nuggets and patties, certain turkey bacon, sausages and links, hamburger patties, Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, even your favorite restaurant steak medium bloody could be processed with meat glue. I would like my meat unvax'd, healthy, non antibiotic fed, natural grass fed not processed with anything... Sheesh eating meat is hard.

Saturated fat vs Unsaturated fat. Important for Heart health. ❤️🩹🫀❤️
We want unsaturated fats which stays liquid at room temperature. It wont harden in the arteries. This includes fish and their oils, avocados, h**p seeds, black walnuts, flax seed to name a few high in unsaturated fat which have cardioprotective properties. These fight bad cholesterol.
Saturated fats get solid at room temperature. Think about a bunch of saturated fat getting solid in your blood stream after you eat that greasy burger or cheesesteak. Never drink cold beverages after eating a greasy foods like burgers, fries, lamb, or other highly oily foods. Drink hot beverages like green tea.
