Don’t forget to dry some of your garden herbs now to use all year long.
I don’t have a dehydrator so I just hang them on an embroidery hoop to dry out and put them in glass spice or mason jars.
I have been doing this for a couple of years. It is an easy and a fun little creative project.

After almost 20 years of gardening, I’m still experimenting and learning. These are a few projects that we tried this year that I will definitely do again and a few things I’ll do a little differently next year.
