Yum! Fresh tomato pesto sandwiches straight from the garden! Big heirloom tomatoes are in full swing! If you haven’t had a heirloom tomato on your favorite sandwich you should give it a try(way better than traditional red ones).

Our favorite sandwich is:
Sourdough bread
Wild Angels Creamery Chèvre goat cheese
Cherokee purple tomato
Pesto
Lovelock head lettuce

If you are looking for fresh head lettuce then please come early, limited supply! Zucchini bread and fresh pesto will also be available while they last.

We packed our first CSA boxes this week!!! It was a lot of fun a good feeling to be able to prepare all of this beautiful produce😋  Huge thanks to everyone who signed up!!! Your early season support has helped to make growing all of this delicious food possible🙌 This weeks box included:

Fresh mulberries
Carrots
Turnips
Garlic scapes
Green onions
Spring mix
Kale mix
Fresh mint
