Floor to Core is going VIRTUAL!
While I love my in person sessions, I’ve recently turned down several clients out of the area or whose schedules didn’t match mine. I felt I was doing them a disservice by not assessing them in person.
For the last few weeks I’ve been designing a way that clients can still experience the in person assessment feel that is crucial to the success of their rehab program.
With a series of FaceTime/zoom calls in conjunction w video guided “homework,” we can hit all checkpoints necessary for me to design a program for the individual and THEIR needs.
There’s so many people who need help, how could I not find a way!

I’m excited to announce I will be hosting a few local workshops to discuss what a PF rehab program looks like and talk about common imbalances and issues. Dates and locations will be announced shortly. Workshops are free!!

Whether you had a baby 6 days/weeks/years ago, we will take a deep dive into making sure your pelvic floor is healed and functioning properly. An initial head to toe assessment is used to indentify imbalances, disfunction, diastasis, prolapse, etc. before designing a personalized and progressive program to restore function and overall strength.
