Yep! Spray tan aftercare is harsh, I know.
What you are not allowed to do after your appointment for at least 4 hours:
1. Get wet. No sweating meaning no working out. No crying or dealing with crying. No cleaning, no making dinner, no helping with bath time, no sticky little hands.
2. Skin to skin contact. Avoid doing too much. You should really sit or lie down for 4 hours and watch that movie or show everyone has been talking about.
3. Wear a bra, socks, or shoes. They rub too much. So, I guess you have to wear the most comfortable sweatpants outfit you got.
All you mamas need a break that also makes you look and feel amazing! I got you! 💪🏽
