A client came for a facial. Her nose had blackheads and very short dark hair coexisting in the small area. Dr. esthe's Pore-fecting Extractor does wonders to clean up such congestion! So does my skills! 😁

Pink Himalayan rock salt arrived! It will be placed in the far-infrared sauna for my clients to enjoy negative ions released from the salt. It is great not only for the upper respiratory health but for the mental health. Come try infrared (dry) sauna at Uplifts. It is a great way to detox yourself inside and out!

Without an advance notice an inspector from the state board came to my new business, Uplifts. It scored perfect 100 and received a A. It should be A+++ in my opinion. It is squeaky clean!

Of course absolutely "NO" 👎 to a wooden table or even an electric one that just goes up n down flat. I've got a fancy spa table that does a lot more by a touch of a button and is easy on the therapist's body! 🤩

In December I completed Level 3 with my Gendai Reiki teacher in Japan. It's been almost 3 months since then. I have continued to do self-healing Reiki each day. I feel great!

It is almost the end of the first semester. The final is coming up. I like to go to bed very early and wake up very early like 3 a.m.. Then my brain is rested - I'm ready to hit the books!
